It all begins with mindset!

I've never been the fittest, most health conscious bloke but never the unfittest, unhealthiest, for a long time I've been into my personal development (the brain) and thinking I'm doing OK, sometimes I could do with a lot more energy, not necessarily physical energy but mental energy, and now in my 50th year the lack of energy was getting more regular.

I'm inspired and blown away by Karen Jones' honesty, wise advice and contagious motivation that leap out of the pages of her book 'Happy You Happy Body'. Karen addresses all of my fears, struggles and mental blocks around losing weight and keeping fit and healthy, and revs me up to change my old unhelpful habits.

A truthful and honest approach to a subject that has long been in our conscious awareness: losing weight, keeping it off and enjoying a healthy lifestyle in the process. A highly recommended read to get you unstuck and motivated to a happy you and a happy body.
